ÉIREBORN SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: 10 August 2026

At Éireborn, we want your order to arrive safely, securely and with as little fuss as possible.

Order Payment

All orders must be paid in full before goods are dispatched.

Once payment has been successfully received and your order is ready for shipment, it will be prepared for delivery to the address supplied with your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

The shipping cost may vary depending on the products ordered, parcel size, weight and delivery destination.

Australian Delivery

Éireborn supplies customers throughout Australia.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier being used and circumstances outside our control.

Any delivery timeframe provided by Éireborn or shown during checkout should be regarded as an estimated delivery timeframe unless specifically stated otherwise.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be supplied after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow sufficient time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch notification.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery name, address, postcode and other information supplied when placing an order are correct.

Please check your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you discover an error, contact Éireborn as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the delivery details.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, changing the delivery address may not be possible and additional freight charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

While we do everything reasonably possible to have orders dispatched promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our direct control.

If a paid order cannot be supplied within the promised timeframe, or where no timeframe was specified, within a reasonable time, Australian Consumer Law may require the business to provide an appropriate solution. (ACCC)

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel appears to be missing, damaged in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact Éireborn with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Details of the problem
  • Photographs of damaged packaging or goods, where applicable

We will investigate the matter with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If an item supplied by Éireborn is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, this Shipping Policy does not limit those rights.

Where a customer is entitled to return a faulty product under the Australian Consumer Law, the business is responsible for reasonable return shipping costs or collection where applicable. (ACCC)

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are dealt with separately under our Returns & Refund Policy and should not be confused with your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or does not match its description.

Online businesses have the same Australian Consumer Law responsibilities to consumers as physical businesses. (ACCC)
